A Fine Art Photography Project completed in 2023 in the Canary Islands of La Palma, and Tenerife, inspired by the volcanic eruption of the Cumbre Vieja Volcano in 2021. Volcanic ash, waves, and the women’s body, as a canvas to interpret how a terrible natural power can unleash destruction and creation. The timeless duality of life and death, creativity and destruction, abundance and scarcity, birth and decease.
